Tim, a smart young analyst (or fund manager) at Merrill Lynch once recommended a stock called First Plus (NYSE:FP) when it was around $57.... he bought it for the firm and recommended it all the way down to the teens !!!!! The stock went from $57 to 50 cents in less than a year and was delisted.

These guys are good....... ha ha ha ha ha

Thanks for all the hard work,I have been trying to learn trading for over 4 yrs.All these years have been literally hell,lost 90% of 18yrs of savings.Only good thing is not giving up.

Man, does that comment bring back horrible memories! I made killing my first 6 months - dumb luck - in retrospect the worst thing that could happened. I then went through the wilderness for two years or so before I developed an investing method that worked for me.... I guess we all have to survive the fire to be successful.

...my first 3 years was hell.....
