and in the end the only thing that will make a difference between that one or this one...is what they pay you to keep your money for you, not the way it is now where they charge you to keep your money

I just will not feel sorry for the banks when they go down. After not having entered a branch in probably a couple of years, I switched my accounts to Wells because BofA didn't offer EBP. Opened five different accounts with a fair amount of money for a bank account. Spent well over an hour with the branch manager opening the accounts on two separate days.

So then about one week later my wife is at the ATM of our branch and my kid who is just getting the hang of this potty-training thing has to go. They go inside and the branch manager won't let them use the bathroom, so the pants get soaked on the way to the gas station down the street. That's customer service. Got my wife so p!ssed off we may go to Washington Mutual. Screw the banks. I do feel sorry for all those poor undertrained tellers and branch office employeees; they will be out of luck.
