Anything is possible but I think Winspear will trade in this range for a few months until Warrants are out of the Way.There will be some kind of promotion to get these Warrants Exercised in Dec.

So lets look at the Big Markets.
Still at lofty levels,Sept not know for big Ups,Oct known for the Crash that still overhangs the Markets when Oct is here.
So sometime in the beginning of Nov would be a good time to Buy Winspear for the promotion.
