I guess he deserves that bonus for doing a deal that has so far at least completely screwed QWST shareholders. You can think of it rather like the odd custom you have in this country of leaving a tip at a restaurant even if the service sucked. But this is capitalism and I can't really complain....live by the sword die by the sword and all that.
