Sorry, was talking off the cuff from memory of a Rocky Mountain News filler article from around a year or so ago.

Whom has controlling interest?

btw, The discussion was active about gold production this year Vs last, so looked at most recent report form HM. Seems They have a definite "yes,no, or maybe" depending on how one slices & dices the numbers. HM is producing gold this year, but after mergers it is a far larger company than last year so "apples to apples" is not easy. When looking at sales, also not easy to compare as they have killed all forward sales, & merger / takeovers come into play also.

Water if yet more muddied by increase in what they call "overall hedging activity" which I take to mean puts & calls.

Am I right in saying bottom line is too close to call year over year?
