Pose...It appears to be imprudent for Eland Jennings to have answered that question, maybe Johnlag can give us some insight into why it was.

As to the suit itself, it is clearly no surprise that the insurance company would sue for recovery of a substantial settlement, claiming that Bellevue was "negligent" and caused the blowout. I, too, have been expecting this for quite sometime, and quite frankly, any company that did not sue to prove negligence would have to be crazy....So the burden of proof is on the insurance company to prove negligence as a cause....Maybe some of S&P's , Grayhairs', Check's or LostHills Guy's drunken buddies may be able to help here.(Although in this instance I would anticipate the lips would not open)....Stephen
