Cristian, a challenge: Answer to #1. That one was more difficult because I was looking for a solution. The answer is "never". All the ice will be melted in 200 days, without ever being able to form a square. ****Challenge: Now I have an easier question for you or anyone else: There is one day that the bergs can be arranged to form a geometric shape with no voids on the perimeter and only one void in the middle that represents less than 1% of the area of the 5 bergs as viewed from above.
