Gary: Thanks for sharing the MCIF info. This organization seems to be in an exciting space and they are dealing with very credible organizations -- like The Silicon Valley Bank. A merger with Pappajohn's PCES shell would be interesting and IMO provide fuel for a BIG run-up in the price of our PCES shares. There are some exciting possibilities. I TRUST Pappajohn and feel that he will make a wise decision that will really benefit PCES shareholders..!! Best Regards, Scott
