To JBB, Elwood, and others that are frustrated. The sad reality is that a tremendous amount of cpq stock has been added to the supply due to the fact that institutions have cut their holdings from nearly 80% to 40% courtesy of Pfeiffer and gang. This will not change until there is concrete evidence of the turnaround actually working. Sure we'll get a spurt up once in a while due to some nonsense like interest rates not going up further or new ceo buying some stock. But I'm afraid we'll simply maintain a trading arrange of about 22 - 25 until there is evidence that new ceo is getting job done thereby allowing institutions to start buying again.

When will there be evidence of success or failure of new ceo? Hopefully this quarter. If not then definitely by 4th quarter. Until then it's a crap shoot and institutions don't want money tied up in a dead stock.

Of course, it goes without saying, that if new ceo is successful this dog of a stock will rebound and quickly.
Keep your fingers crossed. We need all the help we can get.
