Notwithstanding Clinton's concern, we in Anne Arundel County took the brunt of the power outage in the D.C. area. But then, Anne Arundel County is one of the few suburban counties to vote Republican. If it had been up to us, President Bush would have been succeeded by President Dole. Hmmmmm....coincidence?
