Jackmore - 1. What possible memory requirements might be for 3G data applications.

While I do not know the internal details of either a CDMAOne DSP or a 3G DSP, I would guess that these processors are much more processor weighted than PC's. There is a lot of rapid processing required, but it tends to be pretty repetitive and thus the same piece of code would be used again and again.
