Glenn, you prompted me to take a look at fleabay's auction count. It has really fallen out of bed after the free listing day.
A tad over 3mill this morning. Not that anyone will notice, given all the turmoil going on at the moment.

Ice,

I did go long s few share of EBAY on Friday. It is a very small position. I doubt the consortium will be a real problem for them but valuation is high to start with. I feel this way with all Inet stocks so apparently I don't have a real clue. Ebay's auction cound should increase as we get closer to the holidays but I doubt we are really trading on fundamentals.

I see a lot of smaller retail jewelers selling their whares on Ebay. I have thought of trying that but with so many now, how does one sort through the mess?

I may try listing some protional diamond earrings this week. Just one item to see how it goes. I assume the buyers on Ebay are price and not quality oriented but I don't have a clue there either.

Glenn
