X-Stream Sweden
LONDON, September 14th, 1999 (OTCBB: XSNI) - Within a week of its launch in
Norway, The X-Stream Network, the UK's third largest and first free ISP, has
launched its innovative free ISP portal service in Sweden. The Swedish
launch marks X-Stream's third country to date and reinforces its position as
one of Europe's most rapidly expanding Next Generation ISP Portals.

Under a strategic agreement with ONOFF, Sweden's leading consumer
electronics retailer, X-Stream will reach a highly targeted audience in the
run up to Christmas. X-Stream's FREE Internet access software will be
distributed at all of ONOFF's 66 stores from Monday 13th September. ONOFF is
Sweden's largest consumer electronics chain and communicates by direct mail
with 3.3 million households, a total of 81% of households in Sweden, every
two weeks.

Paul Myers, Chief Operating Officer of The X-Stream Network and Managing
Director of X-Stream UK, said, "ONOFF has tremendous reach across the
country and is recognised as the leading consumer electronics retail chain
in Sweden. As in Norway where we launched last week, we have tied up with a
powerful, widely known retail partner which we believe will provide an
excellent platform for the distribution of our high quality product."

Christopher Sukornyk, President, Chief Technology Officer and co-founder of
The X-Stream Network added, "We are excited to introduce our latest
integrated software and hardware architecture that allows us to quickly
deploy new services in the future. We have chosen Scandinavia for the
inaugural launch of our latest software, which will be launched in the UK
later this year, as we see the region as Europe's most mature with a great
history of early adoption."

Users will benefit from all regular X-Stream offers such as X-Streamail
Plus, 10 email addresses, free fax and voicemails direct to the customer's
email inbox (via a personal phone number), FREE personal web site and
unlimited Internet access all at the cost of a local phone call.

Sten Schröder, Managing Director ONOFF said, "This is extremely advantageous
to ONOFF. We want to be able to offer our customers the very best in
Internet technology. The service offering from X-Stream is exactly that. The
bonus is that it is 100% FREE. Our customers will be as amazed as we are."

The X-Stream Network Sweden will also offer a local version of X-Stream
Central (http://x-stream.se) featuring live up to the minute news provided
by partners Expressen, the on-line version of one of Sweden's leading

in house editorial team.

Stefan Waldeck, X-Stream's Director of Sales and Marketing for Scandinavia
added, "Sweden is a massive Internet market. A remarkable 3.5 million
Swedish surfers have accessed the Internet in the last 8 months. In May of
this year, 1.2 million unique surfers visited an online shopping site.
According to Sifo Interactive 500,000 of them purchased something during the

The X-Stream Network Announces FREE Norwegian
Internet Service In Conjunction With Domino, At
Local Call Rates

Strategic alliance with Norway's premier customer loyalty scheme could position X-Stream as one
of Norway's leading ISP's

LONDON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 17, 1999-- On September 8, 1999, The X-Stream Network (NASD OTCBB:
XSNI), the UK's third largest and first FREE ISP, launched its first Internet service outside the UK in Norway.

Under a strategic agreement with Domino, Norway's premier customer loyalty scheme, X-Stream is positioned to be one of
Norway's dominant Internet Service Providers. X-Stream's FREE Internet access software is available on its Norwegian
website at x-stream.no and is being distributed at all Statoil petrol stations. Statoil is Scandinavia's largest network of
petrol stations with more retail outlets than any other petrol company and handling over 11,850,000 customer transactions each
month.

Gregory Sukornyk, Chief Executive Officer of The X-Stream Network said: ''We are very excited to be partnering with
Domino in our inaugural European launch outside the UK. Domino's powerful distribution channel provides a natural fit with
X-Stream's innovative service and expertise in building and managing an ISP portal.''

X-Stream's FREE Internet service will be offered to all of Domino's 1.3 million members as well as Statoil customers, and
other Domino partners, Cubus and Dressman.

Paul Myers, Chief Operating Officer of The X-Stream Network added, ''Domino has membership encompassing 60% of
Norwegian homes, a 71% brand recognition and a high association with quality and value. By partnering with Domino and
offering our service for free through Statoil's extensive network of petrol stations X-Stream will be able to extend its pioneering
free service. In conjunction with what we believe to be the most powerful and suitable partners in the region this expansion
takes X-Stream to another level.''

Users will benefit from all regular X-Stream offers such as X-StreamailPlus, 10 email addresses, free fax and voicemails direct
to the customer's email inbox (via a personal phone number), FREE personal web site and unlimited Internet access all at the
cost of a local phone call. By using an '810' access number, heavy users will receive up to a 30% discount on calls, as part of
Telenor's Familie og Venner Internett ('Friends & Family') scheme.

Peter Wiren, Managing Director at Domino said ''An ever increasing number of our customers are surfing on the Internet and
this has become as natural as shopping daily in our stores. With X-Stream we believe we are giving the best Internet access
available to Norwegians, and of course it's 100% free.''

The X-Stream Network Norway is also offering a local version of X-Stream Central (http://x-stream.no) featuring live up to the
minute news provided by partners Aftenposten, the on-line version of one of Norway's leading newspapers and Digi. No,
Norway's premier technology e-zine. This will complement proprietary content generated by X-Stream's in house team.

Stefan Waldeck, X-Stream's Director of Sales and Marketing for Scandinavia commented: ''Norway was the natural choice
for X-Stream to begin its European expansion. It is one of the most mature Internet markets in the world - nearly a third of the
national population has been on-line in the past two months and it has one of highest GDP's per capita of any country in
Europe. As a media vehicle, a 'Portal Plus', this is an important component in our business strategy and opens a valuable
marketplace to all our advertising partners.''

Already committed to advertise with X-Stream Norway are Amazon.co.uk, Audiostreet, DVD Street, Alphabet Street, Games
Street and Ritz Casino.

Can you give me an idea on how you can tell when support level has been reached. I'm holding MDCM and would like a better idea of where the bottom is.
Thanks
