Ibexx,
In a rational market about a month (21 days) but I think the handset sale could have the same effect as the ERICY deal did. I expect Phillips to be the buyer. Also a split is likely and any announcement will set Q* on fire. I almost never try to predict a top because I follow the rules set forth in "Zen in the Market" by Eddie Toppel and predictions aren't necessary.

Need help with a question. If we have 160000 shares outstanding and at the annual meeting we will be voting to increase this to 300000 how can we split 2 for one. So if we assume what some say that we have 150000 outstanding, and we approve 300000 shares we are ok for one split, but are we sitting in a situation that we would have to wait for another annual meeting to vote on more shares. With the stock at 200 a split would put us at 100 with well over a year before we could vote on another split. Any thoughts on this. I am sure some of you have a better feel about this then I do. Not that splits matter much, but I couldn't help but think why didn't they want to vote on more shares to be available.
