Thanks Janybird for the, as usual, thoroughly detailed factual response! This stock is somewhat of an anomaly to me as, generally speaking, unusually large amounts of shares outstanding on a such a small-cap stock are a genuine warning signal. But virtually nothing else about the company sends up any red flags. Guess I'll just sit on the sidelines for now and wait for more definitive developments.
