This fool is losing his last credentials by the day: Luzhkov, right now, looks like a mouthy burgomaster who's unable to secure a city of 10 million inhabitants (ie Moscow) --how could he fare better with the whole country??? Luzhkov is yet another casualty of the Peter's Principle: he reached his level of incompetency in the Mayorship of Moscow.... PS: don't give too much credit to the royalist crowd.
