Yeah, Torquemada was a tough cookie, you couldn't talk him outta nothin'. (Apologies to Mel Brooks) I'm surprised you accept the Anglo-Saxon version of Spanish history without question. Our present understanding of the Inquisition is quite flawed. The inquisitors were learned men, not the wild-eyed fanatics they are popularly believed to be. There were several Masonic documents planted that purported to be historical truth, but were fabrications. One popular history that was written for the masses began, "Seven Spanish devils departed from Toledo..." Nice unbiased approach, eh?

"Torquemada's life work was an attempts to achieve sangre limpia for Spain." This is a complete distortion of history! Torquemada was forced into his position in the inquisition. He was taken out of a monastery and chosen for this task because of his spirituality and faithfulness to the Christianity. The total number of people who were convicted of treason and sentenced to death during the entire Spanish Inquisition was no more than two thousand (Graetz-History of the Jews). Compare that to the present Jewish-Zionist "Inquisition" of the Palestinians. The Jewish-Zionist have "ethnically cleansed" some 2.5 million people from their land and homes. They have killed some 40,000 Palestinians during this Zionist "Inquisition" in Palestine. The modern Jewish-Zionist have done all this under the false pretense that they are the legitimate heirs of the ancient biblical Hebrews. Modern historiography is clearly proving that the majority of modern Jews are descended from Khazars, and not from the ancient Hebrews. The Spanish Inquisition was far more legitimate than the present Zionist Inquisition. Jews were a minority in Christian Spain who had helped the Moslems occupy and brutalize that nation for some seven hundred years. After the Christians restored Christian rule and drove the Moslem occupiers from Spain, thousands of Jews began to falsely convert to the Christian Faith in order to preserve their economic position. Some of these false coverts or "Maranos" deliberately converted in order to infiltrate and undermine the Church and the Spanish government from within. They were legitimate traitors to the Spanish nation. The Spanish government had a legitimate right to find these traitors and punish them the same way all governments of all ages have always done. It is to the credit of Torquemada's Christianity that only two thousand Jews were found guilty of treason. There were many more, but the evidence was insufficient to convict them. After their conviction, they were handed over to the civil authorities. Jewish-Zionist in Palestine have shown no due process in "ethnically cleansing" the Christians and Moslems from Palestine.
