To Bill, <<Then you'd call the police and report a "hate" crime.>> We would call the police but circumstances would dictate whether it is a hate crime. This is to all the people that have commented on the violent act issue. The original question was to find a left wing group that has committed a violent act. I said that a violent act is when a person is injured. I will now amend that definition to "when a person is injured or the person committing the act intends to injure that person". In other words if someone shoots a gun at another person and misses it is still a violent act. Now the behavior of "Act Up" was said to be a violent acts. My contention is that in the confines of the definition above it is not a violent act because no one was physically hurt and there does not appear to be an intent to hurt. So it is not a violent act. Now all your posts about it being disgusting, despicable, illegal, etc. are correct. And I said from the beginning that i do not condone these acts. But they are not violent. So no one has shown me a violent act committed by a left wing group. Erase Hate, Dennis
