WTSherman, Agree with you. A few others also made comments last week that execution is very important. So I'm convinced vision alone isn't enough. We'll have to keep an eye on that point. A good company needs a well balanced Management Team. Visionairs, organizers, finishers, promotors, innovators etc. If I have more time I will come back on another very important subject, Quality. Quality in the means of looking in the mirror on a regular basis. Not only projects, but the whole organiza- tion can be organized is such manner. With regards, Paul
