It's the new competition that has peaked my interest. That and the fact that the number of people really using the site are not very robust.

After the past couple of days, I am very happy with EBAY. I welcome EBAY's formal announcement regarding their new competition. The last time the CEO went on CNBC to talk about outage number 106, she made an absolute fool of herself. She doesn't seem to even understand the basics of customer satisfaction. I have to believe that some real competition may stymie their business planners.
