And your comment on nurturers and incubators rang a bell with me. One of the joys of the English language is its richness and its nuances. Incubators are for babies after all, while nurturers are helpful for babies, youngsters, adults, mature people and even the old. That to me is a much stronger concept and descriptive word for the likes of SFE. So I vote for continuing to classify the likes of SFE as "nurturers". Cha2
