good questions...well, i figured out why i never bought a pc b/4... i hate dealing with the 17 year olds in the stores...they mean well , but fumble around a lot...truthfully it took me 3 tries with dell to get someone who knew enough...one kept insisting i tell him what printer i wanted...i told him something basic and good...i wanted him to recommend something...it was painful... yes, shipping is high, but i needed something pronto...i've gone back to school and , you know, many people in my class, say, yeah, i need something, phone dell and get it DONE... the pe is another discussion...however, if a hedge fund guy told me he was long dell, but short the others, i'd say, sounds ok...even if the mkt shrinks and the margins shrink, i think dell will get a big piece of what is left... i'm not buying the stock though.. ike .
