thx keith for that great bandwidth test site... I just got 370 Kbps which is pretty good considering the Pacific hop always "bogs" my connect... around HK I get near 1.5Mbps routinely.

The following is my attempt to consolidate all of the great internet connection speed and routing sites. Great work folks, you can refer back to it in the thread summary.

Here's another fun line tester. It has a list that shows hops speeds and a cool map that shows your route. (Rick)
neoworx.com

Another one you might want to try is Ping Plotter. I find it easier to follow and read than NeoTrace. You can set various trace intervals, alerts, and more. (Len)
nessoft.com.

I found another visual traceroute utitlity in my bookmarks that I forgot about the other day, for all of you interested. You can do some test traces right from their web page, too. (Len)

One more visual traceroute utility. (Vadym)
