I wasn't referring to you. It was a point from early on in the chain of posts, you must have missed that. The original remark about gay bashing - reworded to gay knocking - here on this thread vs. the discussions on the evolution thread and stock threads, had to do with someone who said that I am the most unpopular person here and had I ever wondered about the why of that. My opinion is that he is probably correct as far as these political threads are concerned, but these do not represent the typical SI member. Anyone who would claim that I am the most unpopular person here (I believe he meant "online" not just on this thread) obviously never even did a cursory investigation of what is available on SI. I then said it is easier to sit here and "gay bash" (um, gay knock) vs. checking out the evolution thread, where people seem to be smart and well-informed.
