Hello Sergio,

I have an FA question for you. SLVN appears to have everything in the world going for it on the FA side. High growth rate, EPS etc. However, the stock it on a very strong downtrend.

In looking at the 10K etc. I find that Rev's on the three parts of the biz. are all showing 40 to 60% increase in rev's Q over Q and year to year. With lower costs, in most cases and higher margins. Again, however.

The co. announced buying back shares in April and again recently, which would seem to indicate strength, but at the same time is filing 144's, one after the other, to sell stock. There is also an S-3 filing to sell over 4 million shares filed in May, just after the announcment to buy back shares.

The stock has strong broker support, except for the Dillion Reed downgrade last week.

I must be missing something here as I don't get why insiders would be selling stock the co. buying back stock at the same time.
An opinion??

Ken
