Sarajevo is completely safe now, just don't go hiking in the areas which were the old front lines because many haven't been demined yet. It's a shame to sit here amid beautiful scenery and not be able to get out and hike around much. ANCR is a possible candidate because many people will have bought in the 30's. If it continues to slide and is sitting in the mid-20's by October-November, it will be a loser for some. But not a 100% candidate yet.
