also predict no down turn until after 2003.

reports are available for $2995. call them <ggg>

rmbs estimated from various sources to get up to 30% next year...50% in 2001... and 75% in 2002.

- Samsung's RDRAM production will be 50% of its total DRAM production in 3Q00.
- Global RDRAM production will be 50% of total DRAM production toward end of 2000. (That is production/shipping figure toward the end of 2000, and not for the entire year's sales)
- Global RDRAM sales will be 50% of total DRAM sales in 2001.

Here is another Samsung Link, dated September 99, that have similar forcast:

Applications that require super-fast memory are increasing rapidly. Thus, RDRAM demand is forecast to represent 30-percent of the entire DRAM market in 2000 and to increase to 50% of all DRAMs sold by 2001.
