I don't know about any helicopters or flying saucers. I would bet however that a bid for the company is very near and that all RT's talk about a small processing plant and what not is just a ploy to sweeten the bidding process. I think most shareholders would take $10 per share now rather than hold for two years and face dilution of 50% or more.
