I don't think anyone thinks you're out to discredit anyone, Red. However, you have an abrasive way of writing at times that irritates some of us less certain types. When you categorically state such things as the Temblor will come in higher or tests will be conducted by a certain date, etc, such absolute certainty, without source or reference, becomes troubling - specially when it conflicts with others we regard as more knowledgeable. Regardless, Raythereaper has just posted a good piece calling for calm and reason on this thread. He's right. For my part, I'm going silent after this reply. None of us want to see the thread jeopardized. Lastly, and I hope you believe this, I wish you well with your HTP and ELH play. I'm in the same boat with you as are many others. I hope we all make shore this time without too much bailing. Do what you feel you must, Red, but try and be tactful of others. Just a few more weeks and with some luck, we'll all get where we want to go. Bob

Red, this is my last post to you on this tedious subject. I agree with RayTheReaper that we should be civil, but you continue to miss the point, in spite of efforts by many, INCLUDING YOUR OWN SOURCE, to help you see the light. Of course everyone wants to hear all rumours pertaining to our interests here. Of course all regular posters hype, to varying degrees. That is exactly why we are here! <<< PS I'm not here to distroy the Thread but when I posted last night on ELK, S&P posts and Calls it BS when he very well knew about it already.What in the world is that about? >>> Let me tell you what that is about...yet again. You said "Also heard that Elk is(will)be getting sued..." Your own source told us that he heard a "strong POSSIBILITY that..." Can you see the difference??? Can you see the potential damage when you change the words??? Everybody that has been around for several months is fully aware of the potential for lawsuits TO ALL THE PARTNERS. Those new folks to the thread may wish to learn of the POTENTIAL, but do not need to hear about CERTAINTY of a lawsuit as you have fabricated. Yes I know of the potential and it didn't stop me from buying some ELK shares this week. As you yourself pointed out, if such a lawsuit materialized and ELK was on the hook for the entire thing, it will have a small negative impact to their share price if CC and ELH both are good. If you had only posted the same rumour that you had heard, without altering it to suit your need for excitement, I am sure that nobody would have questioned you. I must admit that I am surprised at the hundred plus posts in response to my well intended "damage control". You got your excitement dude! I am anxiously awaiting next week's facts. S&P
