1) On the 700's, I have said it may be different. On the 650's, the bin split is obviously low, comparatively speaking. My information is relative to the 650's.

2) I said, the two companies are playing by different standards. If Intel released products with AMD's standards of release, Intel would obviously be ahead in the MHz game. But, Intel plays a more conservative game. Therefore, AMD is "ahead", maybe at the expense of P.O.'ing some folks in the channel. So be it.
