Hi Sue,

The cure is hopefully permanent.

A "financing" with details so onerous that they will only be discussed in the next 10Q. (Otherwise, why not lay it out?)

Likely a receivables based situation, with credit card type interest rates. Desperation deal, and not the type of investment that they have been searching for. Not someone actually putting money into the business.

They have a base of accounts receivable that a cursory examination will show lots of bad stuff that isn't going to be collected. They will be ruled ineligible by the "lender".

Slap a percentage on the rest and they won't ever get near $4 million.

Hired a new exec--good. Necessary doesn't even begin to describe how badly that's needed.

But he has no experience in the business. And wasn't the first choice, I'm told. Nothing against him, but even if he's one of the crackerjack type guys who can make a big difference, he will take months to get up to speed on the whole operation.

By then he will be scared to death, I'll bet.

This also makes it clear to me that Kinsey has no buyer and must go forward on his own.

Fits in with the info late last year that SPLN was the only offer anywhere near even $1.00.

Anyway, as we well know, manipulated stocks can do anything short term, but it's easy to see from the reception the market has given the news, that only the really brain dead, long term NTN bulls think that it is anything but minor.

But then, they've been bamboozled for years.

Take care,

Dwight (Ahhhh, the Sokol turnaround.....still in place???)
