Indeed they did receive cash from the settlement but part of that covers expenses and that's what the payment was designed to do. You don't think it's free and clear cash do you? I was starting to think this might be a good investment until I saw their fiscally irresponsible decision to squander $500 million on a stock buy back.

Prospective investors definitely need to read the GBLX SEC filings and think for yourselves.
