Carl, I think that you will have to admit that Frank did NOT recommend that people rush out to buy Crystallex when it was $11. If you don't admit that charred allegations are false, then please post the relevant proof. While some people had some pretty wild price targets for KRY, I don't think that it is accurate to post that people were RECOMMENDING purchases of stock. You need to make a difference between the right of a poster to state an OPINION (however wild they were!) and a suggestion to buy a security. I think you will also find that several people (including me) stated that if Crystallex failed to win in the last Supreme Court ruling, then the stock would go to $1. So you were certainly not alone in thinking this. I also NEVER agreed with the exaggerated claims of what the stock was worth. With a speculative stock such as KRY, you will admit that it attracts all sorts of buyers, some serious, some naive and the usual lot of pumpers not associated with the Company. I agree with you that some people took huge gambles that were not supported by enough concrete facts....and are laying blame in the wrong place. Each investor/speculator is responsible for his/her own decisions. In closing, I find it strange that you fail to acknowledge that charred has been trying to find something wrong with the stock and has not been able to demonstrate this. I would have hoped that you would have used the same level of criticism against charred that you deploy against Crystallex and its shareholders.
