Here's an archive site that might help narrow down the year. hockeydb.com For example I looked up Brett Callighen. He was traded from the Oilers in 1981. etc etc. Just from his stats alone we know the stick is somewhere from 77-81. If you look further you might find a player listed that was picked up by Edmonton in 80-81 season, solving one problem. Take note of how Callighen is spelt. I punched in callaghen and came up negative. You might be best to get it apraised. I'm not a collector so I can't help you there. And yes, I would be interested in knowing how things turn out.
