I don't understand why JNJ won't split their stock. In the past it split around $100. If they would split, I believe it would attract more buyers.

Maybe we should e-mail the company and voice our complaints.

I think you may want to pull MCD and JNJ off the "dogs" and "ho hums" lists.

MCD has gone from 26 to 44 over the past 12 months, and JNJ has gone from 72 to 100+ over the same period. Very respectable returns relative to the DOW performance.

Look for JNJ to split by end of year. It just recently broke 100, and i would expect management already has a split announcement in the works.
