I like Harold's idea of us calling our brokers and gathering data and reporting back to the thread. I margined some Valence last October when it was less than $5.00. I margined another stock this April when it was at $3 5/8. So that is why I say $5.00 is a mythical number. It is also my understanding the SEC can also determine if a stock can be placed on margin or not. Editorial comment not necessarily directed at Zeev: It would help this thread if all of us would gather data from verifiable sources rather than "speculate on and on and on and on and on and on....and then bash and bash and bash and bash and bash because we did not like the opinion of the poster." But of course that doesn't work either. Example : Larry gathers data from a verifiable source(SEC documents) and reports them and then he is bashed. Second example : Rich gathers data from another verifiable source, I.e. the conference call and then he is bashed. Both Larry and Rich are correct with respect to their perspective. Larry, Zeev, et al say they are risk adverse and to heed the warning signs. Sometimes they are long and somtimes they are short. But always leery of what lies ahead. Rich,Mooter, Mark J. et al say I am a mountain climber and I can see the danger signs but the view is going to be fantastic and the climb can be overcome. It will be worth the trip. This camp is looking for this stock to look like the Telabs chart 5, 6 years down the road. O! What a beautiful chart! O! what a beautiful day! O! Where is FMK?
