Robert, I have used Zicam several times in the past 9 months. I was skeptical when I first heard about it, so I tried it to see if it worked. My results are in line with those reported in the abstract. While this anecdotal evidence isn't important on a broader scale, it does give me confidence that Zicam works as described in the abstract. My additional DD into the theory of ICAM-1, viruses, and zinc leads me to conclude that the results of the clinical study are most likely valid. Have a nice rest of the weekend. Dan
