Looking at the bright side, the Post article and the follow-ups will geometrically increase public awareness of past, present and future EBPP use and Checkfree's 80% market share. The float and control objections, etc will be adjusted as needed. As I read it the article says EBPP is the present/future in need of improvements.There will always be quill and parchment types, just as some still insist on manual auto transmissions. A media counter-offensive is in order and will keep EBPP in the public eye. IMO a more standardized form of presentment through PCs,WebTV, etc. is really all that stands in the way of explosive EBPP growth.
