naturally, the reason my dell keyboard was messed up was that i had the canadian english setting...we never did speak no proper American english round here...its fine now...see :

any body, silly question : i have a lexmark colour printer and they gave me a colour cartridge..can this be used for black and white printing ? i am getting blank pages...
