You seem to think that the latter person is Hapless Bill of LFT. I'm curious what drew you to that conclusion?

One of the defendants in the Wilcher/LFT lawsuit is William H. Wallace. Since there are two--Jr and Sr--I assume it's Jr who's Jeannette's son.

You can find a number of docs for both Wallaces at the Maricopa County recorder's office site, once it's up and running again.

Far as I can tell, Wallace Sr is still alive. In 1995, I believe, he and his wife bought an inexpensive trailer, and there are, if I recall correctly, more recent notices. The recorder's records suggest that he's had two wives in the past ten years, neither of whom is Jeannette.
