Hello, Neocon, I see you are a free-lance writer. Do you specialize in one particular area?

Thanks for the links to the art museums. I'll add them to my bookmarks. I am always looking for art on the web!

I've been trying to catch up with household duties. My biological clock is out of whack as well. We spent a week in Singapore and the jet lag knocked me out. Also, I've spent a great deal of time following the stock market.

This morning, I glanced at a couple of dive magazines that I picked up when we were in Singapore.

And a passage from Memoirs of a Geisha keeps me churning.

Was life nothing more than a storm that constantly washed away what had been there only a moment before, and left behind something barren and unrecognizable?

I thought about it on the plane. And I still wonder.

Folks on the eastern seaboard might think of Floyd if they read that passage.

Do you live on the east coast? Were you affected by the hurricane?

Best wishes,

Mephisto
