Hi John - I just sent an e-mail to Paul Henry volunteering to be a My PhotoCard beta tester. With your sales and marketing background, I think it would be great if you were a My PhotoCard beta tester as well. John, will you volunteer to join Susie and I as My PhotoCard beta testers ? :~)

Regards,

Phil

Dear Mr. Henry, I am still anxiously awaiting your response to my earlier e-mail. I am forwarding it you again for your convenience.

In the mean time - I would like to volunteer to be a beta tester for My PhotoCard. To do that, I also would like to order a second My PhotoCard to increase the sample size of my beta testing. Mr. Henry, please provide me with the name and telephone number of an authorized TSIG My PhotoCard distributor.

Mr. Henry, I also need your help on the following. When I call 1-800-454-3097 to try to activate My PhotoCard - I receive the following dialing error - "The number you have dialed cannot be
processed from the line you are using. Code 9." I don't have this problem when I call 1-800-951-1111 for My MusicCard so I am unsure as to the cause. Is the 1-800-454-3097 telephone number good for receiving calls from Hawii ? For your information - My PhotoCard #
is: XX-XXXXXX. I want to develop some film so your timely response would be appreciated.

So to recap Mr. Henry, I would appreciate it if you would please provide the following:

(1) name and telephone # of an authorized TSIG My PhotoCard distributor so that I may purchase a second My PhotoCard

(2) your assistance in helping me activate my existing My PhotoCard so that I may develop some film

Thank you Mr. Henry. I look forward to your prompt response.

Sincerely,

Phil Longacre

P.S. Go TSIG !!! :~)
