Eric L: Since I keep asking Mike to do research on stuff for me, let me handle an easy one for him to save him the trouble. The new manual Mike is referring to is The Gorilla Game by Geoffrey A. Moore - Revised Edition just out. Cha2

PS The Gorilla Game book is referred to as the "manual" on this thread because it is the source of the ideas and common language used on this thread. It is as necessary for understanding here as knowledge of a sailors language is to understand a sailors talk - a wall is a bulkhead, a ceiling and overhead, etc.etc. For Gorilla Gamers words have a precise meaning as defined in the book (the manual) itself.

Eric,

Could you please advise what manual you are referring to?

Perhaps you're not aware that we fondly refer to The Gorilla Game around here as "the manual." Everything discussed in this folder is based on that tome. The reason I referenced the "new manual" is because the first version was published last year and the new version found its way to the bookstores about two weeks ago. Look for the one clearly labelled, "revised edition," to get the current one.

If you see a message containing the acronym RTFM and don't know what the third letter represents, be sure to ask our Uncle Frank. :)
