Glenda, But I'd be willing to bet that the superior technologies of these two companies [QCOM & RMBS] will be tied together somehow. Let's not forget LSI, one of my best! Re any Q, Rambus connection, when you come down to it, Qualcomm's main product, especially after they spin off the phone set div., is CDMA chips. So what's the Rambus connection, to embed RDRAM into those CDMA chips for storage of voicemail, etc.? Use LSI coreware Rambus controllers as the interface? Maybe. Maybe LSI becomes a big winner because both Rambus and Q are fabless, whereas LSI has a brand spanking new plant in Gresham, Oregon, with extra capacity. So maybe they get to build all the chips. Boy, is this thing out on a tangent and out of control, or what? Tony
