Nelson,

PMTC appears to be well on the road to recovery after becoming a PGDCEB off that gap down on 7/2/98. A largeish head and shoulders formation since then is on the verge of being taken out.
A probable initial uptrend acceleration puts support at the 14 1/8 area presently. A mental stop at 14 would be advisable. 18 5/8 is the initial target for a volume supported move past 16 1/4.
