I am wondering whether it is possible for me to have a bee hive. I've always wanted one. The legal ramifications are what have me stumped, not so much the logistical ones. Although the logistical ones look pretty daunting, too.

FIRST FROST 9/22. They were calling for a heavy frost inland. I live a couple miles from the lake as the crow flies, so I covered up some tomatoes last night just to be safe. Went out this morning to remove it. temp is only about 33 right now. Was kinda light here. only a little bit of crunching under my bare feet as I went to check the garden. Brrrrrrrrr. Even though it wasn't a reall killing frost, enough to let me know it's time for things to start winding down On a warmer note, suppose to be back into the 70s by Friday.
