Preliminary estimates of Taiwanese wafer exposure:

Altera: 60% Taiwan, 40% Japan and Oregon

AMCC: 65% internally-sourced (San Diego), AMI (Pocatello, Idaho) and IBM are major foundry suppliers

Broadcom: Roughly 50% TSMC, 50% Chartered Semiconductor (Singapore)

Galileo Technology: 100% TSMC

LSI Logic: 95% internal (Japan, Oregon, and Colorado), the rest at
Chartered (Singapore) and TSMC

PMC-Sierra: Mostly Chartered Semiconductor, some production at TSMC

Vitesse Semiconductor: 95% internally sourced (California and Colorado), 5% TSMC

Xilinx: 60% UMC, 40% Seiko-Epson (Japan)

AMCC, LSI Logic, and Vitesse Semiconductor are predominately vertically integrated and we (SSB) believe the quake is a non-issue for these three firms.
