Larry,Newbridge Networks does not have a track record of issuing announcements that coincide with the day of the shareholder meeting. In 1998 on Sep.22 day or two before GAM NN has announced 160 million contract with Telecom of S.Africa. In 1997 shortly before GAM BT has announced that NN has been chosen for its UK ATM network. Weel, it was BT press release, but involved NN very much, do you agree???!!!!!!!!!! In 1996 NN day before GAM has announced the deal with Matsushita Communication Industrial Co., Ltd. of Japan Zbyslaw
