Sadly, while I think I followed Mike's instructions carefully, I received the dreaded message "There is a problem reading this document", so cut off at the pass. You might need to download the 'reader' first. I had problems myself and eventually was mailed a copy from a Motley Fool poster. If I could offer you some technical help I would but that is beyond my abilities. Hopefully, someone with such knowledge will post a solution for you. Stew
