Most defunct stocks strangely trade at $.001 for a while. I have owned at least one.

<< There will be no middle >> In principle I agree with this. However, it may be that $5 could actually represent a middle number, when one gets to thinking about it. When production is in full swing, there will be people bragging that they bought it for $5, IMO.
